These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by SHAH JEWELLERS LTD.

1. Services

We provide jewellery and watch services including cleaning, repair, engraving, authentication, and sourcing. All prices are quoted in GBP and include applicable UK taxes. Services are available to customers worldwide.

2. Appointments

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. We recommend booking in advance for bespoke consultations and restoration work. A FREE first design consultation is available without obligation.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. For bespoke orders or sourcing above £50, a deposit may be requested. We accept card and cash payments in-store.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

All repair and restoration work is covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee. This covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.

5. Goods Left for Repair

Items left with us for service are stored securely. However, our liability is limited to the value of the repair service. We recommend that high-value items be insured by the owner.

6. Sourcing & Authenticity

We endeavour to source genuine, certified items. Authentication reports represent our professional opinion based on inspection at the time of service. We do not guarantee future resale value.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
